Indeed, the Master is designed for students holding a baccalaureate degree +4 years studies (Master 1) in law, economics, management, information and communication, l information technology management, trade and human sciences or engineering. The master is also open to professionals with experience.
The master is designed for participants who are working. Classes take place on weekends, three weekends out of four.

A final research project must be prepared by the participant on a topic of his/her choice and specialization, and accepted by the teaching team. The project is to be defended before a jury.
The teaching team that extends the course is made of teachers-researchers from HEM Business School and IAE Bordeaux and, with high-level professional experience, and who work in business for national and international companies.
The evaluation is based on a combination of, on the one hand, marks obtained for assignments in the form of work, projects to be made outside the classroom-seminars, presentations held in parallel with the course, participation, and, on the other hand, an examination mark awarded on the basis of a summary written exam covering the entire module. The mark of the module is composed as follows:
